Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old ancestry. Founded on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in an awesome game for early level players.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the gambler vs. the house, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers wager against other players. By betting against the dealer, new players do not need to fret about any other, more experienced players taking their mulla.

A further Pai Gow edge is the fairly leisurely game play, rookies will be able to take their time and strategize without needing to make quick selections.

It’s also easier to enjoy for an extended time with basically a tiny amount of cash after all, to lose, each of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the regular 52-card common deck and a single joker. The player is given seven cards faces showing and the dealer is given seven cards faces hidden.

A five card hand and a 2 card hand must be put together from the 7 cards, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be larger than the casino’s.
